"When in there to pick up my order, the customer service was wonderful. The lady who helped me out with my order and she was also very nice. Gave us a couple samples to try would definitely recommend this location."

"Very unhelpful! I am a long time Nespresso customer having bought one of their first machines and several newer machines over time. During the 25% off sale going on last week, I planned to buy 2 new POP machines (the ones using Nespresso's new and larger pods) but wanted to taste this machine's decaf first, something the store has always made available in the past. The clerk said he only had half-decaf because "that's all corporate sent." He said I could buy a machine and return it if I didn't like the coffee. I went back today hoping they now had decaf to try and hoping for a more helpful employee but encountered the same problem only now, the 25% off sale is over. Silly policy or lazy employee? Either way, Nespresso lost 2 sales."

"We only drink Nespresso coffee. Store is fine but very slow on service. And always under staffed. Do not, repeat do not order for delivery, the low cost off brand delivery service dropped our $100+ order off at the curb almost in the street, made no effort to securely deliver it. Luckily it didn’t get stolen. Phone call to complain got a very unsatisfactory answer."

"Excellent customer service and the staff had great recommendations. There was a small line to get in because of Covid19 rules but it is worth the wait. Pricing is the same as ordering online. You can dropoff used pods here for recycling. Credit cards and CASH IS ACCEPTED (someone falsely claimed otherwise). I highly recommend"
