"Disappointing and misleading - The website gives the impression of direct booking for onsite appointments, but in reality, it’s a lead generation tool. After booking, you receive a call to schedule a phone appointment with a salesperson or project manager. They won’t conduct an in-person assessment of your A/C issue without a preliminary sales call. When I expressed my need for immediate assistance and reluctance to have a phone discussion, as A/C problems can’t be resolved over a call, they abruptly ended the conversation."

"David is very knowledgeable about fire places in general and our unit. Checked the operation after turned on; checked for gas leaks. Found leaky shutoff valve and lack of damper. Gave an estimates for making it operational. Also gave suggestions for upgrades. Overall, David was helpful in identifying the issues and upgrade’s suggestions with brochures."
