"Never will shop here again. I am 63 years old and never stolen in my life. Trying to return a flawed bracelet after I spend $200 for jewelry purchases at this store. It was granted a late purchase for Christmas. Turbulent events and gift wrapping outside store, left me without sticker price and receipt. Trying to return this item, the clerk and the supervisor indicated that they weren’t sure the item came from their store, although the marker from maker clearly showed it is their brand. It sounded like being accused of theft or some other illegal attempt by me. I did not appreciate that. I understand rules but this bracelet is defective and I am now out of funds for it. Poor customer service."
"The TJ Maxx was well stocked with really cute and fashionable clothing. Everything was kept very tidy and organized when I went (not sure if they had just cleaned up or if it was because I came before the weekend rush). There was also a cute and decent selection of shoes too, as well some gifts. Everything for the most part was easy to find."
