"Ok, first let me start off by saying the 2 gentleman that work at the 32nd St location are great people and that's the ONLY reason for a second star. We bought a couch, outtoman, queen mattress, 3 twin mattresses, a full size matress, a dining room table, and 2 bunk beds. (One with 2 twins and one with a twin and full.) The bench to the table broke the 1st week we got it. (That the store did replace). The back to our sectional started to pull away from the seat part and the couches decorated pillows seems came undone, the ottomans middle caved in, and now 3 bars to one of the bunks beds under the top bunk have broken off on one side. Look I don't let anyone jump, run, flip over backs of furniture or anything like that. We treat our things well to keep them longer. I wouldn't be so upset but we purchased all this furniture we got the insurance on everything we bought. The insurance company NEVER answers a phone call, they don't respond to emails either. When you call and talk to the employees at the store they can't help you."
