"Daniel the manager was incredibly rude and would not follow store policy stated when we purchased pallets with a deposit saying they would be returnable for the deposit we put down. The guy then has the nerve to steal our pallets. Would not recommend you shop here. I have spent over 20k now remodeling and whatnot at a house close by and would pick any other store due to the manager. Staff have been okay but manager doesn’t know what is happening in the store as delays in delivers happened several days in a row with unkept promises. Manager not fit for the job."

"Just left your Cave Creek store. I wanted to get some information about a side entrance security garage door. I wanted to contract with Home Depot for a measurement, door purchase and installation. The salesman in your door department was busy with a customer so I wasn't going to interrupt. HOWEVER, a half hour later he had not concluded his business with the customer. And there didn't seem any urgency on his part knowing full well that I wanted to conduct business with him. Not even a polite..."sorry sir, as soon as I finish up here I'll be with you". This isn't the first time I've had an issue with salesman in your store. They could care less about the customer. I walked out."
