"Brought my work vehicle here to get an oil change and replace my tires, if not possible, then to at least fill them. Also asked them to hide keys so I could pick the vehicle up later that night. They only did my oil, and they placed my keys on the windshield wipers, not even bothering to conceal them, which was a moot point since they left my truck unlocked anyways... i had important stuff in there that could have been stolen because of that. I won't be coming back, which is sad to say since it's close to my house."

"Doug and his team of technicians at Firestone are terrific. Just staying in business today Is something only a few real professionals can do. Even under extreme pressure and difficulty Doug does whatever he can help me out and complete a job. Even when a supply chain is broken down, he does his best to finish my job and make sure it is done to my satisfaction. God bless him. Firestone is lucky to have him as a manager."

"I’d give 10 stars if I could. My battery died in the Home Depot parking lot. My car had just come back from the body shop so I had no cables and no one was around. I was far from home. I didn’t know what to do but I saw a Firestone close by and was able to walk there and get help. There I met Doug and Marcus at the counter. I told them what happened and Marcus walked with me up to my car and gave me a boost. I drove back to Firestone and bought a new battery. It wasn’t in stock so I was deflated, but Doug had one Door Dashed to them and they installed it when it arrived. Marcus and Doug saved me and were super nice and went the extra mile to help me even when they were close to closing. If this place was closer to my home I would come here for all my car needs, but I do recommend them to anyone. Awesome service!"

They understand cars are expensive and will go beyond to help you out. Customer service is above and beyond I am returning customer have used this Firestone and crew for many years! "I have been a longtime customer of Firestone but the experience I had today will surely make me go somewhere else next time. I arrived at my scheduled appointment ahead of time only to be told that my car would not be ready until late afternoon. When they finally called me at 4:45pm, they sounded rushed when they told me my car was ready. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a super rude attendant and they guy that had my invoice was extremely rude himself. The invoice itself did not have any details as of the work performed to my vehicle. Upon startup, my dashboard lit up with various notifications, one of which is still on per picture posted. The car pulls to the right in a sharp 30-45 degree angle. Tires do not feel aligned and the car drives worse than before - mind you I brought the car in to replace a tire due to an air bubble - for $250 that is probably the worst service/tire/alignment I have ever gotten. Never coming back. If there was a zero star option I would have chosen it."
