Not pushy at all but professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She makes you feel calm and since I know nothing about washing machines, I asked her. I had the Electrolux and a Samsung to choose from. They were the same price and I would have chosen the Samsung just on name recognition. She suggested the Electrolux just because of parts availability and proven record.
