"The overall shopping experience was wonderful. John immediately offered his assistance and was not pushy at all. I went to a few different stores and called to check with his store, and again John was very quick to help. I ultimately decided to purchase with American Freight. The price and service could not be beat. This is my first experience with this store. It was a great one! They were able to deliver within 1 day. Home Depot was not able to to even speak with me, waited for 10 minutes. Also, they could not guarantee delivery within the week. Spencers did not follow up with me about inventory. That was unfortunate. I plan to come back and review product once it is delivered. Great job, John!! Update: My Samsung RS23500A refrigerator was delivered by 2 very polite and strong delivery men. They communicated via text that they were on their way. Both worked hard to prevent damage to my walls or doors while moving my old fridge out and new fridge inside. Unfortunately, I did have some damage to my doorframe which sometimes happens. I called and spoke with Terry, and he assured me they will call me back to figure out a solution. The fridge is in great condition. It cooled very quickly, within a few hours. It seems quiet and seals properly. Highly recommend this store for excellent customer service and quality products at amazing prices. Please continue to provide exceptional customer service. I will return and will recommend you to friends and family. Well done!"
