"They’re lucky I’m even leaving one. Communication and follow through is non existent. Been working with Selena the whole time and I’ve had to come down to the store twice because of not hearing from her for a day at a time. Came in and she said she had not gotten pictures that were requested the night before and proceeded to show me a couch, but only showed me the bottom of it, so I legit have NO idea what it looks like. I asked if she was going even call me back, she said once she had the pictures. It had been almost 24 hours since I’d heard from her and that’s what made me come into the store. At least follow up instead of making me wait or take time to come to the store for nothing. Worst experience ever. ***UPDATE*** Requested a refund since they clearly didn’t care about finding a me couch that worked for my situation. I have been waiting well over 3 weeks for it! Apparently, the bank “rejected” the return, so I have to get a cash refund. NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON FELT INCLINED TO CALL ME AND MAKE ME AWARE OF THIS. Finally called the store after a week to be told this. Got told the “regional manager” would give me a call to explain the situation, that never happened. Went into the store a few days later where they had no idea how to find my account or anything, no manager was in store, and all I got told was that someone would call me that day. AGAIN, NEVER got a call. Called the next day and was told I had to wait until Saturday. I ended up working nights on Friday and Saturday so I missed picking up the money due to sleeping for work. I called yesterday and got told a manager would call me. NEVER happened. Called today, got told the “manager” would call me in 15 mins. 2 HOURS LATER, I call back, was out on hold for 15 MINUTES WITH NO ANSWER, so I hung up and called back. rhe “manager” wouldn’t even talk to me. Used fhe associate to be the messenger. Got told AGAIN l have to wait until Saturday. I work Friday and Saturday night, abut now I have to disrupt my sleep and pray they actually have the money Saturday. This has been the ABSOLUTE experience I have EVER had ANYWHERE. Do NOT use this RAC location."

"I have been a customer of Aaron's for many years my stove at home is not working properly so I went to Aaron's and two of the stores are closed so I had to go to a location that I had not had good communication with before they wanted me to pay $209 a month for a basic stove I could not afford that because I do have a deep freeze through them that will be paid off in March I also have a refrigerator I really thought I would have got a good deal being I have been the customer that they never had to worry about getting their payment I told him right then and there I was going to rent a center the store was clean three employees there I explained I needed a stove and how I was treated at Aaron's they had apologized for them and it wasn't even their fault anyway they showed me three different stoves and the manager would not stop until she found the stove that I was satisfied with this manager was amazing she smiled I think the whole time ask if I wanted coffee or water so at the end she got me a brand new stove with a Air fryer and she got me the best deal that fits my budget if you need anything and u can't buy it out right go to this rent a center they are amazing and they will try and work within your budget as best as they can."

"I came here for an interview a little early after setting it up on 10/17/23 and the manager didn’t give me a heads up the store was already filled and recommended me to a store farther than I was willing to go… this the 3rd time applying for Rent A Center and being left short by they are hiring but not hiring. Wouldn’t recommend this place for a job cause they play games ."
