"They get one star because this posting system won't let me give them no stars. From what I understand, this is a call center. The repair man that showed up was from another company. He would normally have charged me $110 (an additional $25) for the service call. He also said he has to pay Peoria Appliance Repair $20 for the lead. I was not told any of that when I called. He said they pick up new customers through this service. He didn't charge me the additional $25 because he was here for 20 minutes, took the panel and the circuit thing out and put it back in and the dishwasher ran. He was very nice. However, I would not call Peoria Appliance Repair again. They wanted my card number and told me they wouldn't run it until after the service call, but that was a lie. They ran it within 10 minutes. I called them to complain and was told it would take 3 business days to reverse. Scam. They get one star because I can't give them no stars"
