"My recent visits to Chipotle at the San Tan location have left much to be desired. Despite multiple attempts, the experience consistently fell short of expectations, making it difficult to recommend to others. The first glaring issue was the repeated mishandling of my order. On all three occasions, despite clear instructions to have beans served on the side due to dietary restrictions following surgery, the orders were consistently wrong. This oversight rendered the food inedible for me, as it contained ingredients I couldn't consume at the time. It's concerning that such a simple request couldn't be fulfilled accurately, especially considering its importance for my health. Furthermore, the lack of timely service compounded the problem. Despite assurances of promptness, the orders were never ready when promised. As a result, the food arrived cold, significantly detracting from the overall dining experience. Customer service was another letdown. The employees seemed indifferent and provided little assistance or empathy when confronted with the recurring errors in my orders. A fundamental aspect of any dining establishment is attentive and courteous service, qualities sorely lacking at this location. Overall, my experiences at Chipotle's San Tan location were consistently disappointing. From incorrect orders to subpar customer service and delayed service, the establishment failed to meet even the most basic expectations. Until significant improvements are made, I cannot in good conscience recommend this location to others."

"Worst Chipotle experience ever. No lettuce (only spinach). No vegetables. Smallest portion of barbacoa ever. Staff indifferent and the dining area is a mess. Overall, very poorly run. We should have walked away,"

"Come on Chipotle. I am disgusted with what was brought to my kitchen. My husband after a game stopped by this location to order what our usual order from any Chipotle would be. Unfortunately I found a leaf in my food, the quality of my food was not that great from over cooked rice, little meat and toppings. As I opened my husband's chicken bowl up I notice the chicken looked undercooked and smelled. This is disgusting. We live in Tempe and I am not going to have my husband drive all the way to San Tan to have our order remade. As or right now I can not call the store to speak to a manager due to the time. Please train your cooks and preps this is a health code violation serving under cooked chicken."

"My husband and I did a mobile order. I got a salad, he got a burrito bowl with extra meat. His had more lettuce than my salad and no extra meat. For what we paid, this is absolutely ridiculous. Why the lack of quality and effort? I've ordered from here before and it's never been like this. Only within the last six months. Fix your issues or find employees that can do the job. Clearly it's a pattern with how many 1 star reviews have similar experiences."
