"Great food!"
"Great taco joint. You won't regret stopping here. Very nice people and excellent food."
"Tacos La Cora is a very good pop-up taco stand! Good prices and really good food. We stopped by today to try it for the first time and are impressed. We tried three different taquitos (street tacos) and a Quesadilla Sencilla (cheese quesadilla). I really enjoyed the quesabirria taco. The meat was juicy, tender, and flavorful. The cheese is melted between the two corn tortillas and the outer tortilla is crispy on the outside for a pleasing little crunch. The Pierna Horneada (pork carnitas) was one of the best carnitas tacos I’ve had in awhile. The roasted cubes of pork were tender, flavorful and a little crispy on the outside without being dry inside. Just like I like my carnitas. The carne asada taco was solid. The quesadilla was very tasty too. Golden and crispy on the outside, done just right, with a generous amount of soft melted cheese on the inside. Crispy, cheesy, and delicious. We are definitely going to be coming back to this roadside taco stand. Some of my favorite items are: Quesabirria Taco ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Taco de Pierna Horneada (oven roasted pork) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Quesadilla ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My guide on how I use the 5 star system: ⭐️ = Not good ⭐️⭐️ = Not terrible, but would not get again ⭐️⭐️⭐️ = Solid, but I’d try something else before this again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ = Really liked it! You should try this ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ = Loved it! Must try I’ll make adjustments to my ratings after subsequent visits. If you see a .3 or .7 it means: .3 = Wasn’t as good the 2nd or last time I tried it .7 = This was better the 2nd or last time I tried it."
"Note: cash and Zelle only. This was absolutely fantastic! The service was incredible, fast, and friendly. The prices are very reasonable. I tried everything so I could review it. Here goes: - Note: The taquitos are street tacos, not rolled tacos. - The birria taquito was great and flavorful, but I've never understood why you'd get birria when quesabirria exists. Still, incredible. - The carne asada is really good. They use a really nice seasoning on it. - The carnitas were delicious and moist. So often they're dried out and I was happy that this wasn't the case. - The quesabirria is absolutely next level. Top three I've ever had. And pairs super well with the consomé. - Consomé was delicious. Super super rich. But watch out cause it's about 9000°. Make sure you let it cool off. - Cheese quesadilla was delicious. Everything you want from one. There's also three salsas (salsa verde, a creamy salsa verde, and a deeper red pasty salsa). All were excellent and paired well. Highly recommend."
