"First of all, it's clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful and there's a great atmosphere even when there are lots of children in the play area."

"We went to mcdonalds excited to try the new shamrock mcflurry. We show up in the drive thru and got no answer. Drive up to the window amd the employees pretended we weren’t there, we knocked on the window and they came and told us they were “closed.” We were there at 11:30 which is thirty minutes before they actually closed. I am very disappointed in mcdonadls and their horrible staff and service."

"Well first of all the parking lot is so small. Not easy getting in and out. Second my sister and I ordered on the app at the same time. She got her order and I never got mine. People came after us were getting their orders. We asked several times where our order was and they kept saying it was coming. After them saying that a few times I said I would just like my money back. The general manager told me she can't refund me. I have to go through the app. Someone then bought the order out and she told them to take it back. So she was expecting me to have paid. Get no promised refund and no food. Horrible customer service. ! Update: the general manger that told me I have to go through the apps customer service for the refund. I did. They sent a message saying the STORE is the only one that can refund me. That girls a sorry excuse for a manger let alone general manager."

"This McDonalds is never open inside. Twice we have come by to eat inside with our kids once at 8 and once at 545pm. And they were closed both times. Their hours don’t match what it says on their website or their door. who closes before or at 6? No other McDonald’s does this."

"This place is simply disgusting and after the fourth time of receiving food that is not correct and not edible I choose to vote with my dollars to never go to another McDonald’s location ever . Asked for no cheese they added 4 slices , no tomorrows and drowning in “BLT” sauce . Ketchup packets were glued together with god knows how long dried crusty salsa. Tf? Don’t waste your money on this company ."
