"The food is very nice. I got the pepperoni pizza meatball sub. A good amount of meat, and a medium was good sized. But the staff was questionable. One guy actually seemed to care, but was frazzled. He forgot to scan my rewards code, for example. Very apologetic, told me how to claim my points. The other guy didn't seem to want to be there, and the girl wasn't paying attention to anything. Also, the commode in the men's room is not seated properly. It is very loose and wobbles when you sit. The seat itself also flops severely and needs to be tightened. Something that basic should never been seen by a customer, but repaired before a customer could notice. I don't think the staff here pays any attention, except perhaps to the clock. Addendum: answering the response from the owner, that just took me to a general feedback page. I already gave you the feedback. Asking me to repeat it in a different forum seems redundant and pointless. I review to help others, and also business owners. Unless you need further details, in which case, ask me. A general support page is not helpful."

"The sandwich is good, a good amount of meatballs in each sandwich. There's no Mellow Yellow in the drink dispenser. No napkin available in the napkin dispenser until I call their attention and they refill it. Not to mention they had only 2 customers in the store when we showed up, so they should have had time to refill things. There's no hand soap inside the ladies room. I tried to call the attention of the crew but she ignored me. She is just standing there doing nothing. I called her 3x until the crew in the cashier called her attention and that's the only time she talked to me. How disappointing."
