"I am gluten free, and they cheerfully and seamlessly accommodated this need with very tasty, fresh foods. Our server Alyssa was fabulous and with only a single request at the start of the meal ensured that I had yummy gluten free options for each and every stage of the meal, including the bread basket, the amuse bouche, the sides, and the special dessert she brought for our birthday celebration, which was a delight at Ember. We look forward to returning!"

"Ember restaurant was top notch! We were greeted by Lorena who was friendly and led us to our table with a smile then the General Mgr Kyle greeted us warmly and gave us his business card in case we needed anything including another reservation at a later date. The beautiful voice of Julianna and the excellent pianist Andy lingered in the air and gave our night an air of sophistication! Then we were greeted and served by an outstanding Server named Amber she brought us Champaign because we were First timers to AZ and Embers. The chef sent us a small appetizer and he prepared our meal to perfection! Our dessert was the apple cake and it tasted as great as it looked! We cannot say enough wonderful things about our dinner experience here! The best we have ever had! No wonder they have won awards every year they have been open! "We’ve been to Ember’s Happy Hour on numerous occasions. While it’s still a beautiful setting and the quality of the food is still really good, the Happy Hour options have become smaller and they sneak in up charges. While they list oysters for $10, that’s for 3. And the wedge salad is half the size of one a couple years ago. In addition, if you want blue cheese olives for your martini, it’s $2. Bread service is now $5. We enjoy coming there but Happy Hour isn’t as happy as it once was."

"We’ve been here to dine on a few occasions. Once for my birthday and once for our Anniversary. Tonight was just a surprise date for me! Like both times before, Ember didn’t disappoint. Our server, Alyssa was excellent. Very attentive and a great personalty. We don’t make it here often, but we’re always glad when we have the opportunity."

"We had an amazing dinner at Ember. We choose this restaurant for a birthday celebration. The service is outstanding and the food is exceptional. Scott was very attentive and enhanced our dining experience. Dennis, the wine sommelier, was exceptional in his recommendation for wine and service. The food is delicious with additions before and after the dinner. We were impressed with the quality of the food and welcoming environment. The general manager even spoke with us. Ember has amazing food and everyone takes the time to provide excellent customer service. I truly felt this was one of the best birthday celebrations I ever had at a restaurant."
