"First things first, KEN, provides the most professional and excellent service. He practically read our mind when we were finishing our bread, water, etc. The food was delicious and savory. I loved the lamb chops! As for atmosphere, it’s good, I wish they played different music to fit the theme of the restaurant."
"This place was wonderful! The food tasted delicious and we learned what gorgonzola taste like now! The lasagna was absolutely delicious. They also gave us bread and the crust with butter was so flavorful! Whitney was our waitress, and she was very attentive and helpful! Definitely would recommend to try this restaurant out when you go to Santana Village!"
"Fantastic Christmas Day lunch at Brio! Service was outstanding and food was very delicious! Very fast service. We sat at the bar.. they had football games on and a good atmosphere with Christmas music playing. Huge shoutout to bartenders Nick and Ken... they were outstanding! Very friendly and knowledgeable bartenders! They definitely made our visit exceptional!"
"Food was amazing, loved the atmosphere of the restaurant and the light fixtures. But as a lot of other reviews state, the service was not great. We were seated quickly but then it was a 10-15 minute wait before a waiter came by to get us water. We were here right at 5 PM and the restaurant was pretty empty. The bread they serve is amazing though. We got the truffle toast with ricotta as an appetizer, and it was amazing. Highly recommend. I got the carbonara which was also amazing. Food was great, service could have been better for a restaurant this pricey."
"Overall, this place was a huge disappointment. We had a party of 11 and came between lunch and dinner rushes. There were only a few other tables, but the service was slow anyway. This was 100% the waitress. She was pretty absent our entire lunch. When we actually did get to order, our food came out in a reasonable amount of time. The carpaccio was excellent! (The one thing which wasn't cooked was the best thing we had. That is revealing.) I ordered lamb as my main and it was awful! I've never had such a bland piece of meat in a restaurant. It was as if the chef intentionally did not season. The potatoes were over-fried; soooo dry and just a weird texture. On top of that, they dumped RAW chunks of garlic on top. Super bizarre. The asparagus was mush. I couldn't believe a chef would even put that mess on a plate. This place is pricey and located in a very nice part of town. If this is indicative of a normal service, they will not remain open for much longer. Save your money and go somewhere else. I've had better meals at Olive Garden."
