"Went in and waited 20 minutes and none of the employees even acknowledged our family. Also watched another person walk out due to lack of service. They are clearly catering to the drive thru.. the employee would look at us but just keep going back to whatever he was doing… we walked out and will take our business somewhere else."

"This restaurant must have some staffing and training issues. Everytime I come here, it’s always a 20 minute wait before I get my order and I’m drive thru. Why isn’t the food already prepared prior to customers showing up? This is ridiculous. Some of us are on a timed lunch and can’t wait long for food to be prepared that should already be prepared in the first place. This location needs to do much better."

"Seriously great food overall. Only came there for the blizzards since it has been probably 5 years since I've been to a Dairy Queen but overall it's worth the wait. The puppy chow blizzard tasted alright overall, it's not something I'd like but tasted good to be the least. 8/10, would go there again someday!"

"I ordered two ice creams and paid $12. One was a soft serve with sprinkles. They barely put any on top. I’m from Chicago and they are so generous with their toppings and truly take care of their customers, unlike this location. I asked for more sprinkles, and instead of saying “Of course! Sorry about that”, the cashier had to go ask his manager FOR PERMISSION to add more sprinkles. He came back and said he’d have to charge me for more. Are you kidding me? I’m absolutely baffled at this. I have to pay for another scoop of sprinkles?! So ridiculous. This is the only DQ that I’ve ever been to that is stingy with SPRINKLES. Never coming back here. This place is a joke."
