Noodles and Company

"Last night my husband and I tried Noodles and Co. for the first time. We ordered our food and sat down. We were not given a number or receipt. A server found us about 5 min later and delivered my food to me. She said they were just about finished with my husband's and she would get it right out to us. We dove into conversation while we waited. 15 min later, I decide I've had enough. I went to the counter to ask. They had completely forgotten about us. The server and the cook are trying to communicate with as few words as they can since I'm standing there. They never admit they forgot they just throw it together. They, now, have no grilled chicken like he ordered so they ask if they can add Parmesan chicken instead. At this point, anything edible would be fine. My food was now cold but we ate and left. We won't be back."

"This place is definitely slept on. I wasn't aware of all the options they had as well as a low carb Options.. Mac and cheese and several proteins. It was a little hard to find but well worth it."

"Love going here, it's definitely a treat but it is so good and a nice place to get a great bowl of Mac. Would recommend the BBQ chicken Mac bowl"

"The food was great! They were super slooooooew though! Lots of customers staring at their phones and looking upset. I'm also surprised these days that they ask for the tip before you get the subpar service. The tables were dirty and not one was cleaned the whole hour or so that we were there. Customers had to clean off tables with napkins and treat them basically like picnic tables out in the woods. That all being said ... the food was actually very good ... and if not for the other concerns I'd probably give them a 4 or 5 overall."

"Food was bland. I ordered pesto pasta and meatballs. The meatballs taste like frozen store bought ones. And the pesto sauce is dry, stuck to the pasta. Not good. It's like a few day old pasta with pesto sauce. I gave 2 stars because my husband said his food tasted better than mine."
