"First time here and I’m pretty sure I won’t be back. I was debating tonight if I should grab chipotle or give this a try for my dinner since it’s close and something that is quick, in which I decided on this cause I’m new to the area and never have tried it. Not that the service or atmosphere was really bad but the food was terrible. I got the double chicken bowl and it was bland, tasteless, and all I could taste was the beans in the bowl which also had no flavor (and overpowered the entire meal). The chicken seemed old and over cooked. I’m sorry but next time I will definitely grab chipotle."

"Clean , not busy inside to sit in. Fast and kind service. Chicken always good food portions good , salads have double portions. I recommend Double chicken fit bowl or chicken tostada salad."

"My chicken was dry and pieces were small. I am a regular at pollo loco and I’ve noticed how the product has decreased their taste, portion and employees are lacking customer service. Not referring to all but this specific location. I placed my food order to dine-in and the when I received my order I let the cashier know I had requested for corn to be excluded. She took the food back and the person preparing the food got annoyed and started shaking her head asking her if I had requested my food with no corn. The cashier did not answer her. But I let the person in the food line know that I had requested no corn. She prepped my food but this time with smaller portions than the first incorrect order I had previously received. I will not be returning to this location. Please have employees stop overcooking the chicken, you are giving these customers dry chicken and you are loosing customers."

"El Pollo loco is one of my family's regular dinner spots, everyone's always so friendly the service is fast and they accommodate almost any requests you have. They took the chicken fresh constantly you can smell it from a mile away. The guacamole salsa is incredible. I always get the big combo with white breast meat. Double rice, they have the best Spanish rice. Make sure you get extra flour tortillas, make a bunch of your own tacos."

"Ordered a large bowl of Chicken Tortilla Soup. This location had less chicken & vegetables when compared to the other Pollo Loco establishments I’ve visited. This facility does not provide tortillas with their order. I was disappointed at that. They provided a cup of their cheese, cilantro. I ordered slices of avocados. Overall, clean and friendly service"
