"No consistency, extremely hit or miss with freshness, quality and accuracy. The only thing consistent is the tacos are 90% guaranteed To be dripping grease from sitting too long in the fryer or what has tastes like being double cooked and dipped in the fryer to heat up before serving. But when the tacos are cooked fresh and properly they are amazing, unfortunately that's about 10% of the time."

"I ordered the double bacon sourdough jack combo and upgraded to the curly fires. It was ok for me to substitute the drink for the Oreo Shake. My total came out to be $18.10, which I was ok with (I think the regular combo was $12). At the drive thru, I gave the $2 coupon, but the cashier said I didn't have the drink, so he couldn't honor the coupon. I explained to him that it was ok for me to substitute, but you won't honor the coupon? I think it was because the 3 staff members didn't know to apply the coupon, and no manager was there. I tried to explain to them but because their English was limited, they didn't understand the logic that they allowed the substitution and rang the order as a combo, then they should apply the coupon. Anyway, when I asked for their manager, they said they don't have one on site. When I asked for their names, they gave me a fake name "Paul". The receipt said Juan. Also, I didn't get a double, I got a single. Besides the shake, I felt cheated."

"We ordered Door Dash tonight and the food was so horrible. Burgers were burnt and tasted awful. The tacos were horribly greasy. The onion rings were ok. The French fries were cold and soggy. Unimpressed. Whoever was on shift 9/16, huge disappointment! There are so many choices out there and makes me not want to ever order here again."

"When it comes to fast food, Jack in the Box is a name that many people recognize. This particular location that I recently visited was your normal, everyday Jack in the Box. While there wasn't anything that really blew me out of the water, there also wasn't anything that made me scared of it either. That's why I decided to give it four stars. One thing that I appreciated about this Jack in the Box was that the food was really good. I ordered some of their classic items, like a burger and fries, and they were exactly what I was expecting. The burger was juicy and flavorful, and the fries were crispy and well-seasoned. I also tried out one of their newer menu items, and I have to say, it was pretty tasty as well. Another thing that I noticed about this location was that it was clean. The dining area was well-maintained and tidy, and the staff members were constantly wiping down tables and counters. I appreciate when a fast food restaurant takes the time to keep things clean, as it shows that they care about their customers' experience. Overall, I don't have anything bad to say about this Jack in the Box location. At the same time, I don't have anything super positive to say either. It was a solid fast food experience, and I would definitely come back if I was in the area and looking for a quick bite to eat. If you're a fan of Jack in the Box, then I would recommend giving this location a try."

"No complains. Our experience has been good in this location. No rudeness, always friendly and accommodating. Everytime we go as dine in or through drive thru has been good. We always check our orders before we leave and make sure they dont forget anything and they never miss so far. We like that they also accept two different coupons per order, some food chain are very picky and only allow one. As for food, I love their tiny tacos."
