"I regularly get salad and go but from a different location. Stopped here since I was in the area. Ordered the Buffalo Chicken salad. I was half way through the salad and realized the larger pieces of chicken have a strange texture. I spit it out and looked closer. At least two of the pieces were undercooked. Now I have to hope I don't get food poisoning."

"Out of all the salad and go locations in this area I definitely prefer the one on Gilbert and Guadalupe. They always tend to my needs so I was a bit confused this morning when I witnessed my favorite worker getting yelled at. I came to the window and apologized and tried to asked what happened? but she was very professional smiled and stated I’m gonna make it a good day. This location deserves 10 stars"
"Honestly this is the only salad go I have ever experienced so much problems with your rude staff. Fix the problem already ! I see I am not the only one that gets bad service, a customer brought back both his salads not made properly I did a online ordering and literally waited 20 minutes after the ready time mind you there was no line in drive threw and nobody waited for online orders yet the manager tells me there behind as he lets the staff members laugh at the situation so unprofessional! I’ll never return to this salad and go i do not recommend ! My suggestion travel to another the rest in Mesa are great"
