"My wife and I came here for the first time last week and we were both very impressed! I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a good date night or a fun night out with friends. The atmosphere was great and the service was really good from beginning all the way to the end. Plus the food was fantastic. We got the Forno bread to begin with and it was delicious. A little bit of garlic and parmesan…yum! The “Not so Humble Caesar” was super good. It had a jalapeño caesar dressing that added to the flavor. The Gentleman pizza was incredible. It has a spicy honey glaze that is top notch. If you’re into cocktails, the paloma was very refreshing and the flavor was spot on. Didn’t get a picture of dessert, but we got the churros which had a little spice to it. It might sound strange, but it worked and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. Overall we were both very satisfied with our first time at the Humble Bistro and will for sure be coming back again!"

"Me and wife tried this out for the first time on Valentines Day. It is easily in our top 5. We’ve been to fine dining restaurants where we have paid at least double what we paid here and I can say that the food here is pretty on par to what we had at those restaurants. We had the margarita pizza, the humble fries and the short rib pappardelle. We finished it off with the churros. It was ABSOLUTELY delicious we were also able to meet the owner as he brought out our fries. We also LOVED the music. My wife is from Colombia and she recognized all the artists. I definitely recommend this place"

"Took my wife for her birthday. Best lunch I've had in a long time. The Gentleman pizza and This Lil' Figgy hit big. After the Humble Fries, we had plenty of leftovers. I saw the brussel sprouts on many tables. I can't wait to try it next time along with one of their pastas."

"This was a really fun place, and we will definitely be back. While a lot of the reviews talk about how loud the music is, it wasn’t the end of the world. We could still visit, but you had to stay very focused. my wife loved her pizza, my cousin’s wife loved her charcuterie board, and my cousin loved his short ribs sandwich. I don’t remember the name of the dish, but I got the short ribs over the pasta. It was really good. The place was very clean, and the service was too-shelf."

"We came here for the first time to celebrate our anniversary, and it was lovely! Even though it was triple digits out, we sat on the patio comfortably thanks to the oscillating fans and misters. We only had appetizers, dessert, and drinks this time, but everything was delicious. Our waiter Brian was awesome. We look forward to going back!"
