"Update: my granddaughter was visiting and we went thru drive thru Friday evening. So disappointed. One of our breakfast Jack's was nothing but a plain bun and a slice of cheese! No ham. I was still charged 3.99! It's clear from reading reviews that you really aren't stepping up as owner!"

Been there four time’s trying to order food with no customers in sight as they are gathered at the counter chatting and I ask for help and the tell me only online orders I thought covid was over. "I have had positive experiences with Jack in the Box, but the experience I just had at this location was not pleasant. They usually call my name at another location, so I waited 3-5 minutes patiently for the food to be prepared afterI just placed the online order. I went up and let them know I placed a mobile order. The man that I told aggressively told me to tell them when I got there and to not make that mistake next time. He also loudly told his co-workers that "the girl that has been sitting there has an online order and she didn't tell us" in an aggressive and rude manner. I was shocked by his hostility and left quickly after I got my food. I am NEVER coming to this location again. I have NEVER been so disrespected and humiliated at a restaurant. The food is decent for the price, but 1/10 for the experience."
