"Ordered chicken sliders from here, and when I bit into them, it was like biting into raw fish. When I contacted customer service, no resolution was given. Spent $40 on an order just for the food not to be edible. If I could give them zero stars I would. ."

"I can't really grade their food or their service because well they were supposed to be open until midnight and looked us dead in our face went inside and turned off the lights at 11 p.m. They then went to the parking and smoked cigarettes while we were still just sitting there. Here's a tip, if you don't like working your customer service job, find a new one. Don't make the people who are trying to order food at the establishment you are employed at suffer due to your short comings."

"Kinda overpriced these days for fast food that don't differ from most other places it's better than McDonald's but to me they are all the same but I literally could go eat at a restaurant and pau same amount for 2 people think the food should be better for the price they charge now and then asking for tips to bring out order when literally that's the only way to recieve your order and these carhops are paid min. Wage plus tips so they're making good money to walk maybe 3 feet with food"

"We will never be returning to this or any Sonic location ever again. I ordered through the drive-thru and ordered 4 meals equaling to almost $50. Three drive-thru vehicles and a dine-in ordered after me and left with their orders before me. I was asked to pull forward and I waited for over 20 minutes for my food. The cashier was apologetic, something about tater tots? As if no one else ordered tater tots. No refund or anything extra for my time wasted. I get home to find the food is disgusting. My chicken sandwich is less than half the size of my son's burger, yet it is almost twice the price. The bread was hard and burned, and the chicken was rubbery. It tastes as if the sandwich was sitting there all day. The economy is horrible right now and we are very selective on where we spend our hard-earned money. Sonic will never see another dime of ours. Horrible service and even worse food."

"Horrible waited 15mins for 2 drinks and tenders. Went home and pulled out one that was bitten! I called the store for a refund but because we paid through the app they can’t do anything but offered to give us more food as if that solves anything. Not to mention the young man who brought us the food was clearly on something he had to lean on my car to stand up! I don’t normally leave reviews but this is ridiculous. I will be contacting corporate. The manager tried to Justify the bite as them breaking down the tenders… I didn’t know you break down tenders with your MOUTH!"
