Servers are always high, they have you stop away from the window for five minutes so their timing doesn't get them in trouble, orders are wrong, me and my friend had to go thru the drive thru twice because they left out one of the Oreo cookie brownies and the new mozzarella sticks, which were uncooked when we finally got them."

"Hello I just visited this location I spend about $100-$200 a month at jack in the box. I stopped at this location because I had to pee extremely bad I went to the bathrooms and there was a code on the door so I proceeded to go to the cashier that smelled extremely bad of marijuana, I asked him for the code. He then said "you have to buy something first!". I said "alright can I get a drink please, hurry up though because ei have to pee bad. He then said oh I'm not serving to you leave. I ended up peeing my pants because of my bladder condition. Good job for hiring these great people jack in the CRACK!"

"I went for the Diamondbacks special and I was buying food for eight people.. so I asked her for 2 specials and I had had a coupon ... She barely spoke English.. she could have spoke to me in Spanish because I understand.. but you kept explaining to me what I could not get I go there quite a bit a few nights before the gentleman was a very nice and extremely polite So of course I'll be back A large drink is almost $4 The fries are almost $4 And my fries were cold and wrinkled.. and hard.. really hard my three little grandkids are 4 ,2 + 1.. and I give them a few each and I make sure that they are soft and cut the ends off while these fries are really sad I want to drive back.. but I was babysitting that night.. five grandkids that's why I stopped there before I went over to have a nice dinner.. but not so much"

"It's really good food in a really nice place. It's clean and the food is delicious. The New York cheesecake is excellent. Has a very attractive dining area. Most people use the drive-thru but it's really nice to go on in and sit down. Best cup of coffee I've had in awhile."
