Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Stopped by last night to get some food to go. I immediately noticed how dirty the entire restaurant was. There was food, mainly rice and cheese just about everywhere. The floor from the moment you walked in, to every corner of the restaurant had some kind of food on it. The check out counter was covered in rice and cheese. Every table that was unoccupied had food or trash on it. The drink area was a mess, forks, napkins, food covered the whole area. The portion size of the food was unacceptable as well. I’m not the type to take photos but I wish I would have. I would recommend avoiding this particular chipotle."

"Certainly different owners than in Peoria wow. Tables clean, staff attentive and professional, and food pretty the same as expected. 4 vs. 5 star is they were so fast they didn't take the time to portion out very well and very liquidy from beans. Otherwise good experience."

"I understand that this place is a business, but giving $2 worth of food and charging $12 is offensively expensive. The portions at this location on Frank Lloyd and Thompson peak keep getting smaller and smaller. Their portions now are so small that they should just call it a kids meal at this point. Plus, food tasted really bland, gave it to my dog and ordered myself a decent meal from a real restaurant for about the same $ I wasted at this Chipotle. Will never return."

"I often wonder how Chipotle & Panda Express get their employees to be so stingy with the portions when they are preparing the bowls/plates right in front of you. Is there a secret threat of torture made during employee orientation? Are there hidden cameras watching & measuring every spoonful of food? The picture in this review is a bowl prepared at Chipotle thirty minutes prior to this review. I admit there was some obvious settling of the food on my drive home, but I never touched or manipulated the food in the bowl at any time. Nonetheless, does it look like I received a full portion? I sure as heck don't think so. Why does this happen? Why don't employees err on the side of giving too much?(Don't blame the corporation by saying employees don't get paid enough to care about portion size. I'll tell you that if they don't like the payscale, they should work somewhere else, and they certainly shouldn't take their piss-poor attitude out on my dinner.) It's not the biggest deal in the world, but it's annoying. To the corporation, I'd say, "If you want me to spend more money at your restaurant, train your servers to be attentive & and consistent. To you, it's only five cents worth of rice, but to me, it means that you actually care about the customer experience. If I have to start wondering if I'll get a full portion, I solve that problem quickly by going somewhere else." As for the workers, I'd say, " Don't embarrass yourself by putting a tip jar by the cash register. You don't deserve it.""
