"I ordered two meals from here for delivery and only received one of them. I called and was told I could come pick up the missing one. Drove 20 minutes and guy there said they included some cookies in the bag for the inconvenience. Got home and opened the bag…. no cookies. Bruh. Regardless of the above the brisket honestly was extremely dry and have never had ribs with so little meat on them. Not worth the money"

"Ordered two orders of baked potatoes and ribs to go. When I got home I noticed the order was cold and missing ribs. When I picked up the order the employee was sitting at a customer table on her phone. I had to search for my order myself and left without saying one word. Definitely not worth going here. The BBQ was obviously yesterday being dry and tough. I went at 1130am Jan 29, 2024. Won't go to this location anymore and it makes sense why it is always empty. Photo shows what a $15 baked potato looks like with extra cheese and extra butter."

"The brisket was okay but the ribs were an absolute zero. They tasted like they were yesterdays food. Mac and cheese has very little flavor. Bathrooms are disgusting. For $25/person you’d expect much better quality food and ingredients."

"The prices are outrageous. I paid $4.49 for a small slice of pecan pie. Two bites. The sliced brisket is three 2 inch slices. The chopped brisket is about half a palm full, a girls palm. Had to go back to the restaurant after they forgot to give me all the food I ordered. The Texas toast still didn't get put in my order. The food was cold after waiting 30 extra min for the food. I got 1 container for bbq. Not enough to cover the extra small serving size. This is now the worst place I have eaten at in a while. McDs is the only worst place I can eat. Never again will I eat at Dickeys. Unless it is free or the prices drop in half. If I could give a 0 star I would. Time for you to close your doors or actually care."
