Salad and Go

"Placed an order on the app and come to pick it up 15/20 minutes later and it's still not ready? However drive thru line orders are being pushed out. That's ridiculous! The employees attitude doesn't help either. I will stay on Surprise where the service there is top notch everytime!!"

"I really like this place but they share a parking lot entrance with Discount Tire and they always have a line of people to the street. I tried mobile ordering but Salad and GO only has 3 or 4 parking spots and the lot is small. I drive a pickup truck and parking is hard. I have to pull in and face the person leaving the drive thru and back in to a spot. This keeps me from coming back, it's a hassle. After all that I got back to my office and I had my delicious salad and tea but the soup I ordered was not in the bag ☹️"

"these reviews must be paid moles or cause I have yet to have a great experience. The morning team needs a revamp. I always order ahead and yet my food is never on time causing me to arrive late to work. My job is only 6 minutes away too. The breakfast portions is also very small. Like ?? They should take notes from the Fashion Square location. Theyre always very efficient and on time."

"Really sad to share this but it seems recently the quality of this location has gone down hill extremely quickly. I have been going here almost daily for over 4 years. My office and house are only a block away. Within the last month I have received food I didn’t even end up eating because it was so bad. Wraps with basically nothing in them, breakfast burritos that are burnt, burritos that are cold where the cheese didn’t even begin to melt, etc. hopefully this is temporary because I really did love everything about this place. The photo I posted is a burrito I got where there was like a whole burnt tortilla rolled inside of my burrito I don’t even know how to explain it lol."

"I’ve been eating at salad and go ever since 2020, while prices have gone up this is understandable. The company pays workers above minimum wage so I get it. Most recently I got a cold brew and it’s been severely diluted, this has to be 80% water I can barely taste the coffee. Food is great, but the coffee just got way worse. I hope this isn’t a new formula, because it’s horrible."
