"After the first bite of steak 90% of the time I ask for A1. The steak was so good I didn’t need any. The beets were great. My wife got a burger it was great. My waiter was awesome. His name was chris"
"Found this on Yelp when I looked for best place for pork chops. It was great, cooked just right, too much for me, but my husband finished it off. The huckleberry cheesecake to go was a great evening treat, also a generous portion enough for two. Very light for cheesecake which was a nice surprise. A very nice evening out; good food and service."
"Knowing my love for and search for awesome steak and classic steakhouses a business colleague recently took me to the ROARING FORK in Scottsdale, AZ. The Roaring Fork restaurant is a comfortable, rustic restaurant named after the river that winds past Aspen in Colorado. with an Old West vibe serving flame-grilled steaks. The atmosphere is rustic southwestern, with elk-antler chandeliers, earth-tone fabrics and leathers, barbed-wire accessories, and a buffalo skull above the bar. My friends bragged up the huckleberry frozen margherita for pre dinner cocktails and the wedge salad was a tasty appetizer. Main courses of bone in ribeye and bavon wrapped pork tenderloin all received high praise. I, of course, had the ribeye and loved flame-grilled flavourful. We treated ourselves by splitting a piece of the Huckleberry cheesecake which was a fitting finish to a great meal. The Roaring Fork is truely a very special place and ranks high on my list of favorite steakhouses. I highly reccomend and and look forward to my next trip to Scottsdale."
"Truly a very special and under-appreciated restaurant. The atmosphere is rustic southwestern, as a tribute to the Roaring Fork river, and the staff are now back to being really great. The menu has classic favorites and they are all done really well. The cocktails and desserts are among the favorite and beloved parts of the meal."
