"Fast and delicious! I had the Carmela& the strawberry shortcake! The strawberries were so fresh and they make their own whipped cream! Sooooo GOOD! My order was ready in less than 5 minutes - easy in and out parking lot!"

"You went to a takeout only COVID nonsense atmosphere in 2023!!! you took everything that was great about your old location and threw it away. I don't know what you thought made you think thats what people were asking for this. This is a big waste of time and a disappointment. My wife and I used to go here for dates but not no longer. We're boycotting you. We will never do service with you again. The fact that you don't care about what made you great your company is going to fail as other customers has said the drink bar is gone. The salad bar gone is now take your food and eat somewhere else which that's not very friendly to your customers or proper for a deli"

"I was a regular at the other location. We went for the salad bar. There are very few salad bar places. This is just an express with no salad bar. Since their sandwiches are so-so and there are a thousand sandwich places in the neighborhood we won't be regulars anymore."

"As a regular at the now closed Scottsdale Rd location the new location is truly disappointing - take out only. No more self serve salad bar to make a salad to your liking. It is now made in the back, of course, the order was not correct. A true loss of a great salad bar. Sandwich was just ok. No sure if I'll ever return."
