Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Ok you know what! I have been on this delivery app a couple times now. I love ten minutes away. Every time I order you guys don’t have a selection for fountain drinks. I have ordered 6 Mexican colas that cost 5$ added to the order. During these six orders not once have I ever received my coke! The app just lets you rate and not actually get a refund. I called the manager lucio and the best he could offer me is a 3-4 day refund and number to call in order to get it. Their driver is mad about the no tip. They affect there customer doing this and now there delivery person. I am extremely upset with this customer service!! I highly recommend you being back fountain drinks for delivery or you teach your damn employees how to read an order and bag a soda bottle!!!"

"Haven't been for a while because the prices were increasing and the portions were smaller. Decided to try again and I was pleasantly surprised and pleased. Good size, fresh tasting portion for under $10 without a drink. I loved the fact that they didn't put me on the spot asking for a tip. Thank you. One thing I've always had issues with is that chips are extra. Why? Mexican food and chips are like lox and bagels. Just throw in a few chips because chips and burritos are a natural thing. Btw, staff very friendly too."

"I LOVE Chipotle but seem to always have trouble with this location. I have NEVER gotten salad dressing without returning to ask for it. Today there was no air conditioning and no signage to note such. There was only one employee serving a line of 6 people. The children’s fruit is usually too ripe and unappealing. I still love chipotle food and will always get the salads."
