"I ordered 2 combos and 2 biggie bags and I guess this must have overwhelmed them. When I got to the window the girl said "you ordered all that food" and then when I got the order, everything was just thrown in the bags. No order to anything. One bag the frys were just thrown in, no holder. They shorted me a drink and when I asked for it seemed to annoy them."

"First off they said they were closed and only taking online orders, keep in mind they close at 12:00am we got here at 11:30pm. We caved in and placed the online order, once we pulled up to the window again they said they were closed, the time was 11:36pm we said we placed the order online and were picking up. He then said okay, and said that they were taking a 2 minute break and then they’d do our order. Overall; horrible costumer care. One of the worst if not the worst Wendy’s franchise in all of Phoenix."

"Let me just say the girl taking our order had a fabulous vibe, was friendly, and let me know if the bathroom door did not open that meant someone was in there. My husband LOVED the Oatmeal cookies❣ Our sodas calibrated to perfection. Fries to die for. The #8 sandwich was new for us. Pretty darn good. Lobby was clean, ladie's bathroom was too."
