"I've tried this location multiple times via drive-thru, and the person who takes the order always sounds like they hate me, and whoever ends up handing me my order literally just stares at me every time - saying nothing, not asking my name to confirm, not smiling, not saying thank you or have a nice day. It's the most awkward drive-thru I've ever been in in my life, so after 3-4 tries, I'm over it. Meal is usually accurate and pretty good, but customer service is a big factor for me."

"Incorrect order, paid extra for chicken during online order. Came home found beef in all items but no chicken. If they can not read order properly, then they shouldn't collect money substitutes. I don't want to eat beef - I will not visit this location again. I didn't want to go back because it is far and didn't want to call them as it is a waste of time but completed the online survey. Poor service."

"Didn't use the drive through and went inside for this online order which included a request for hot sauce.Young employee at counter more interested in talking to her friends, had to say excuse me twice to even get here attention. She did not ask if we wanted hot sauce and since it was on the order one would think they would check it instead of handing the sack and not saying a word and then turn around continue her conversation. Unfortunately, I made a mistake by not checking to see if the order was complete. How hard is it for an employee to greet a customer and provide good service, it's not rocket science!"

"Great service with great food! I ordered the $5 Classic Combo, which came with a hard shelled taco, beefy 5 later burrito, cinnamon twists, and a drink. I ordered this via the kiosk, which was simple and easy to use. I was greeted by a lady who was checking to see if I was waiting on an order. She handed me my drink cup and within a minute, my order was ready. The lady was very friendly and personable. The Lobby had clean tables with no noticable trash issues. The floor needed a good mopping, but didn't hinder my experience. I highly recommend this location to anyone who loves some Taco Bell with great service!"
