"My friend and I went to this location for the first time during our lunch hour. We had gone to Costco and then went searching for a place to eat lunch and we were happy to have found Cupbop. Atmosphere was great. Nice big clean space. The manager Peter was awesome. He talked us through getting the perfect food and let us try some chips. He came and checked on us. This guy knows what customer service is all about. I’ve been to 3 other locations and this one is now my favorite one."

"I just wasn’t impressed with any of it. I came at lunch time around 1pm Got a kids size bowl since it’s a bit pricy for the regular size. Beef was very flavorful but too much liquid it turned my rice very wet, and i must have got the last of the noodles cause they were all broken up into pieces. After seeing the reviews it looks like everyone else got long noodles! I got a level 5 spice but didn’t know the sauce was mayo based ew. I kinda was expecting more of a glazey Korean bbq sauce of different spice levels idk. The service was wonderful! He did a great job explaining and guiding me through the process. He let me taste the fried chicken and I wasn’t impressed it was very dry but the batter was flavorful. And they were out of the katsu chicken which is what I wanted to try!! Also I took my bowl togo because the atmosphere was very quiet with no music and I guess the manager uses a center booth up front in the lobby as their office so I almost felt pressured to enjoy my food being the only patron there"
