"Go to another location. Apparently this location is the only one that doesn't have the right equipment to toast your entire sub. They toast the bread, and melt everything else in the microwave. The way this locations makes them, you could save the money and make it yourself at home. Horrible customer service and I even asked them why the bacon was mushy, but just got looked at"
