"This Pei Wei is the worst and I dont plan on coming back here. Every time I order from here, they never have my order ready. Today, they never even received or made my online order even though I had the confirmation. The person at the register had the nerve to ask me if I was sure my order went through. Then she and the cooks argued for the next 5-10 minutes about whether or not the cooks got the order. Instead of standing there talking, they should have immediately made my order. Definitely a very poor example of customer service. I should have just walked out."

"my first time trying this place. I feel like I wasted 14$ I didn’t know the orange chicken and noodles plate would look like that The orange chicken is fine honestly. But the noodles ? I was in shock, i can make them myself with random ramens from the grocery store I expected more like… seasoning, sauce, herbs ?? It was just plain and without taste i don’t understand Definitly not worth 14$"

"If i could leave a 0 star review I would. I ordered from here last night like I have multiple times and every time it has been great but yesterday when I ordered a feast for 3 it was the most underwhelming experience the chicken, rice and noodles tasted old my child came to and told me it tasted funny so when i decided to try it I had to agree. When i called to speak to a manager he was absolutely rude he didn't bother listening to my concerns he proceeded to tell me I was lying and would argue with me, so i asked for his corporate number when he decided to give me his personal number and when i called it was him and he told me i had the wrong number and hung up on me. This is the worst experience Ive ever had with a manager and i will think twice before ever ordering from this place again !"

"Worst pei wei food I've ever had. The Orange chicken didn't even resemble chicken. Pretty sure it was something else... Overcooked and burnt. And no sauce, totally dry. Spring rolls were pure mush on the inside. And they did not include sauce or the fortune cookies that I ordered. I will not be returning."
