"It's OK for lunch, but I wouldn't take a date here. Their outstanding quality is that they're wicked fast and super nice. They take care to get you lunch immediately and that's really awesome when you have a short time."
"Sick of all the million Taco joints in Arizona? Come here instead! Fry bread is not a Taco, it is significantly tastier, made with similar ingredients. It's fresh, quick, and tasty. I've brought several out of town friends who are visiting and they loved it instantly! I cannot recommend this place enough. The staff are friendly and nice, and the cooking is top notch. Get the fry bread and the nachos.. Live a little. You'll regret not getting both."
"The fry bread is popping! I've had their fry bread every which way and it's good all the time. The guy in the front, I think he is the owner, he is a delight. He is always pleasant."
"Came here with my husband for lunch on a Sunday and was quite impressed with the whole experience! Ordered the 3 cheese enchilada combo plate with rice and beans for 11.99 and those were some of the best enchiladas I've had (husband tried them and agreed!) They are spicy if if you're sensitive to that like me. Husband ordered the chorizo and egg breakfast combo with rice and beans, came with a tortilla) and said it was pretty good but not the best he's ever had. For 12.99 it was definitely worth it and was very authentic. Rice and beans we both loved! Also tried the plain fry bread with cinnamon, powdered sugar, and honey. It was ok. It hardened up pretty fast so it wasn't soft after it was served several minutes later, but I would definitely come back and get the frybread taco! Place is small, outside seating, and very nice and super quick service! Highly recommend!"
"I had been craving fry bread and my go to is frybread house but Maria's definitely gives them a run for their money. I happened to be out on 40th st for a doctors appt and this popped up on my Google search for food. Let me 1st say the green chili 10/10. It wasn't over spicy , the fry bread wasn't too thick or too thin. It was fluffy and had an amazing crunch with a soft fluffy inside. The service was great. The young lady was nice but quiet. The gentleman who took my order was very welcoming and had a very infectious smile. Maybe thats why the food taste amazing. When its made with love. Living all the way in tolleson I will definitely be back to Maria's again. You know I had to get a sweet one to go."
