"Ordered 2 impossible whoppers and waited over 10 minutes for them at the drive thru. When we got home to eat we bit into two meat patties. After driving back the guys at the counter handed us the old impossible whoppers from 20 minutes prior that we sat waiting to get fresh."

"I’m definitely requesting a refund! I called multiple times and no answer they picked up maybe once or twice and hung up. This location is rude! I ordered 4 burgers 4 fries, onion rings, 4 drinks! Worst service ever! I didn’t even get my whole order but yet I was charged for it. dude in the drive thru was the worst person ever he rushed our order and didn’t even care we didn’t get our order correctly, he rolled his eyes and had a sloppy attitude. when we were told to park to receive our food the young colored lady was very rude when she handed us our order, not only did she not let us look if we got everything she literally yelled at us and said we made sure everything was in the bag but yet she couldn’t even remember what we ordered. we were so over the experience here at this location we got home and we’re missing the burger the onion rings and the chicken fries we ordered! We weren’t going back there was so much traffic! Mind you there was a bug accident at the light (it may have caused a distraction towards the workers) but come on when you receive an order larger than $50 or even $20 pay attention. I understand if you think you don’t get paid enough but have common sense that us as customers don’t ask to be treated like that especially if you know what you signed up for!"
