"I’ve never had such a weird experience. Went to Panda Express at 9pm. They close at 10pm. There was almost no food in the buffet line. There were a couple bites of one entree, some lo mein, and maybe a cup of one other dish. I order an entree and two sides and the young girl said this is what we have left and I’m not going to make anything else. Yikes. Honestly I would be ok with that but what they had left wasn’t even enough for a meal. The workers clearly wanted to go home but it was an hour from closing. Strange and unprofessional. I won’t come back to this location."
"We come to this location about once a week and the food is always good but the service is terrible. They are always out of everything and so we have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for one or more of the plates while the other plates sit there and get cold. The girl behind the counter would not respond when I said the rest of the food was going to get cold, she just laughed and spoke to her teammates in Spanish."
"I normally don't come to this panda Express but I will now. When I came in it was 7:00pm and most of the food was gone, Christian the cashier at the time made sure I was taken care of while the food was cooking and was givimg me timed updates on the food. At the end he wished me a good night and to enjoy the food, it's hard to get customer service like that now a days!"
"The service was extremely quick and the woman who helped me was helpful and sweet. I ordered an orange chicken bowl and couldn't help but notice their panda bowls have shrunk over the years! I remember being able to get full AND have leftovers from one of their bowls but I was able to finish the whole thing in one sitting. Panda is just one of many restaurants that have downsized... but the food is still good."
"The parking lot spelled like a septic tank but decided to try it anyway. Noone was preparing fresh food. The employees were standing around. I asked them were they preparing anything fresh, the guy in the black shirt with the glasses said they would. The beef and broccoli was dry and and almost empty so I asked for beef and broccoli to be cooked well done he said they could not do it and if I did not like it I could leave. I told him I would and would be posting a review. He followed me out of thr store hollered across the parking lot at me and snapped a picture of me. That is why I will be calling owners. Very unprofessional."
