Chili's Grill & Bar

"So disappointed in this location. They have good food, but the service has gone way down. Went in the other day for lunch just after they opened. Sat at the bar like I always do. There was quite a wait for someone to acknowledge me. An employee named Andrew finally came & took my order. When they brought out my salad, they just dropped it in front of me & left. Nobody was behind the bar, so I reached behind & took a pepper shaker for my salad. As I took a bite of my salad, Andrew suddenly appeared & said in a very condescending way "Did you take the salt & pepper shaker off that table or just the pepper? I was stunned - I was the only one at the bar - it was very clear the only thing there was the pepper shaker. I had salad in my mouth & c couldn't answer right away so he repeated his question in a demanding tone. I pointed to the pepper shaker. He then let out a loud sigh, reached down & picked up a pepper shaker & took it to the table behind me. I asked why they don't have sale & pepper on the bar? He said people move them around & they have to keep "Chasing them down" so they don't put them out. So apparently it's better to inconvenience the guests than have to do a little work. I should have asked for a manager, Andrew was so rude & condescending, but I just wanted to get out of there. I finished my meal & left. I will not be back. It's too bad, because I like their food but I will not put up with their attitude, like they are doing me a favor... What a messed up world!"

"Was a great Sunday night, went in, got amazing hot food, everything was delicious and super super hot and fresh! Got the Burger Bites and the Texas Cheese fries!"

"Used to avoid going to Chili's; not anymore! Ordered the Triple Dipper: Big Mouth Bites, Southwestern Eggrolls, and Honey-Chipotle Chicken Crispers. Burgers were flavorful and juicy, Eggrolls were delicious, and the chicken crispers were fantastic when reheated! (Triple Dipper is quite a bit of food; especially when you get free chips and salsa!) Welcome back to my life Chili's!"

"I hate to say it, as I normally try to be positive, but had the worst experience here. While there was plenty of staff available, no one wanted to seat us, so waited for quite a while at the hostess' station. Didn't get much better when we got finally seated -- super inattentive, so it was not a surprise that orders were taken wrong. I didn't even bother to correct it, because I was the only one who cared. Bad experience, brings down the entire chain's reputation."
