"We eat here often and our sandwiches are consistently delicious! This afternoon was really busy for them, and it looked like the tickets wouldnt stop printing from orders coming in. I waited 30min past my estimated ready time, but the 3 people working were trying their best to get all their online and walk-in orders done. Seemed like they could use a 4th person for that rush but they handled it well. Thanks so much!"

"Fresh? Heck yes!!!! I watch them slice the meat fresh to put on my sandwich. The meat is a little skimpy so I'll ask for extra next time. Employees are very friendly and respectful. The atmosphere is a fast food restaurant. The food is reasonably priced and the place is clean."

"Great Subs served with a smile. This is by far the best Jersey Mike’s in the greater Phoenix area. Manager Tyrone was so welcoming and friendly as was his lovely team members Shania and Jerell. Thank you all for making my experience a great one. There’s a variety of subs or skip the fresh baked bread and get it in a tub instead. The Club is my fav. Vegetarian options. Free parking. "My company ordered 5 sandwiches. They forgot to include mine resulting me in having to go and pick up a missed sandwich after my co worker already went here. Clearly a mistake on their part, what would a normal establishment do? Comp the meal for the waste of my time and gas. Instead I had to bicker and argue with an incompetent employee about how they did me right by refunding my co worker for the sandwich THEY forgot. Somehow in his eyes they were completely right by wanting to charge me a second time even tho I’m the one who had to go back. Horrible customer service, I can’t believe I even had to ask to be comped, having worked in customer service myself for a number of years I would never try to make a customer repay for something I messed up. Word of advice for management. Take charge of your employees instead of having them argue with your customers over a damn sandwich while you watch. As for the employee find a new field because customer service is clearly not your forte."
