"My girlfriend and I were very hungry and decided to drive pass all these other restaurants to go to Mrs Chicken because we were excited to try it. We got our food to go and once we got home, we were very disappointed :( !!!! She got the breast & wing with fries and I got the leg and thigh with rice n beans. The chicken was so dry and crusty, it was barely edible. The rice and beans were good only after I put some salt on it. The ranch was watery. The bread was soaked in oil and not good. We are disappointed in the chicken the most because it was just not tasty. Flavorless! Not sure if I’d try it again but go see for yourself."

"This is some of the best chicken Nashville style probably in Phoenix. Hot is hot. Not joking at all. Call greens are great. Fries are amazing sauce and coleslaw. Is top notch. Can’t go wrong by getting lunch or dinner at this place."

"Went here because of the review that said similar to Hattie B in Nashville. I thought the spice level was good but I was expecting more flavor than just heat. I personally don't think it ranks anywhere near Hatti B's. When I was in Nashville I ate at Hatti B's 3 times. Mrs. Chicken is not something I would pick. But this is only my opinion. I would say give it a try."

"We drove all the way from Surprise AZ to dine at this cute little restaurant and it was definitely worth the trip. The restaurant was exceptionally clean and decorated in a chicken theme to fit their name and the food they serve. The service was impeccable. The staff was knowledgeable about the menu and friendly. I ordered fried chicken (classic) with potato salad and my husband ordered the chicken tenders (medium hot) and fries. We were also served a delicious dessert that had a cake base with cheesecake on top and a very smooth salted caramel topping. It was delicious! We were very pleased with our meal and our dinning experience while there."
