"This no-frills Italian restaurant definitely exceeded our expectations! It seats very few patrons, but we were able to make reservations for 6 without issue. The service was impeccable and fast. All six of us enjoyed our meals - carbonara, lobster ravioli, spaghetti and meatballs, lasagna, butternut squash ravioli, 7 meat pappardelle. Definitely stop here if you have a chance! Btw, Guy Fieri has been here too!"
"We were in AZ from out of state and thought it would be fun to visit Giuseppe's based on The Food Network's show, Diners Drive-Ins and Dives. Our table ordered the Calamari, Bruschetta sampler, Lasagna, Bolognese, Key Lime tart and Cannoli. The marinara sauce served with the calamari was so rich and delicious! The pasta is made in-house, perfectly textured, clearly made with thoughtful intention and just melts in your mouth. The ambiance didn't really match the menu in my humble opinion, but this didn't affect our experience and we're happy to see non-corporate restaurants thriving after so many forced closures during the pandemic. Oh, and don't skip the Key Lime Tart- so delightful!! We will be back when we're in AZ next -Thank you!"
"Greg and I were trying to go to the AZ state fair 9/26/2023, but due to our poor planning, the fair is only open Thursday-Sunday, lol. We then looked up Giuseppe's via Guy Fieri's AZ Triple D's restaurant recommendations. We started off with an appetizer "Suppli di Riso" along with garlic bread our bread was $5.00. OMG, the 3 risotto balls were filled with mozzarella, lightly coated, then fried, resting in a marinara sauce $10.00. For dinner, Greg had the "Italian Mac and Cheese" made with Parmigiano, mozzarella, fontina, prosciutto, cream, and butter baked until golden brown "HOT" $19.00. Absolutely devine. I liked it better than mine, but don't get me wrong, mine was just as delicious! I had the "Bolognese Ragu" homemade tagliatelle with their famous 7 meat ragu $21.00. Their noodles were sooo tender they almost melted in your mouth. Greg drank a Peroni lager $6.00, and I had the Arceno Chianti Classico $8.50. For dessert, we were going to try the Tiramisu but were beat out of the last piece. We ended up trying the "Keylime Mascarpone Tart $7.00. It was ok. I don't think I'd order again."
"Had a nice meal just after arriving at the airport and a long day of travel. Started with the tomato, olive and avocado salad. Fantastic! Big enough for two to share as an appetizer. Main course of their specialty bolognese with pappardelle pasta. The sauce with seven meats was excellent. The pasta is homemade but mine was over cooked. Would definitely return and recommend."
"Saw on Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. Owner and staff so nice and food delicious. Our group tried appetizers, entrees, and desserts."
