Jack in the Box

"So I came through this spot in the morning twice and I got two different excuses as to why they could not serve me. The first time was because the system was down so they couldn't take orders, I went to drop my brother off at the airport, placed and paid for an order on the app, and then came back through. The same person from the first time then told me that they did not have the experience and I would have to wait 15 min for the next shift to get in and so I did. I waited 30 min and went back through the drive through to see if anything had happened. When I had asked to speak to someone in charged, the person I had talked to apologized and they got me my food, they all were sorry but I feel like I had a bad experience at this establishment that made me unhappy and they kinda just let me go without trying too hard to make it a positive experience."

"Terrible service, this lady said she was the manager of all the locations, and refused to take my order initially because I asked for the restroom code before ordering. I was planning on ordering I just had to use the restroom first. So rude."

"Pulled up at 11:30 pm waited at drive through for 5 mins saying hello into the speaker, nobody answered. Drove up to the drive through window.. nobody was there. They were pretending to be closed when signs everywhere say open. Drove back to the speaker and after more cars pulled in behind me they had no choice but to finally come to the speaker. I ordered one thing, a shake, after all that, the fella on the speaker said “we don’t have shakes” because they were too lazy to make it if we are being honest. Fella said his name was “John” do better with your customer service or at least hire ppl who actually want to work 1/20/24"

"They like to rush you through the drive threw as fast as possible. If they are running behind on your order they will ask you to back up and pull forward again to reset the timer so it doesn't look like they are running late with your order. They got my order wrong this morning. I went back to let them know I received someone else's order and they gave my the correct order. When I opened the wrapper there was two pieces of hair in the food..... I am so disgusted. NEVER Again."

"Ordered tacos which is usually great at other Jack in box. But these tacos were very greasy. Oil was soaked through the back. Service was really bad. Took a very long time. Needs more help and less grease. Not ever going back to this location."
