"I'm not sure about the atmosphere I drove through. If you download the app, you get some welcome perks... a crunch box for a dollar. There are others..5 layer burrito for free. Couldn't eat it all so the next day lunch . Great from the air frier. The food was really good, even reheated. Anything you buy adds points towards other items. Definitely working on that! Oh...1 more thing... the strawberry lemonade was watery... the only drawback. Thank you"

"Do yourself a favor and order from/drive to the Taco Bell on Thomas Rd, it's worth the extra time. This Taco Bell always skimped on ingredients so I started only going to the TB on Thomas years ago, but I used GrubHub for the first time in a long while and didn't think to check which location location i chose, just picked the first one that popped up in the search results and assumed it's the Thomas Rd one. I ordered the Meal for 4 with 2 cheese quesadilla, 2 crunch wrap supremes, 4 soft tacos, and 2 nachos and cheese and the amount of fillings in them was almost nonexistent, i get that its a group deal that saves you a few bucks so items might be smaller and/or use less ingredient but what i got was straight disrespectful.The quesdilla's cheese and sauce wouldnt even fill one piece of it, let alone the whole thing. Crunch wrap's beef only covered 1/4 of it with thickness of .25" and all the soft tacos meat barely covered 1/3 of the taco. I could understand it maybe being an accident if just 1 was lacking, but not when it's all 8 items, that intentional for sure. Maybe they only do it to delivery orders since its unlikely they'll complain in person. TB must have franchise standards on ingredient amounts for their items that stores must follow, right? Whoever oversees a region's stores needs to make a few anonymous delivery orders to really see how bad it is cause pictures make it look slightly better than in person. What I got is unacceptable. Nachos seemed right though so i guess they got that going for them lol. They really set a new low for Taco Bell expectations that I didn't think was possible, especially with that quesadilla, now thats impressive. Avoid this location."

"Gets really busy on a Friday. Waited about 30 mins for my food along with the 5 delivery drivers that waited as well. Drive thru wrapped around. But the staff did great staying focused and getting them orders out."

"It has been quite a while since I have shopped this store and I enjoyed my visit this time. While they have the new shopping kiosk in the store, even with only four people behind the counter, one person quickly came to the counter to take my order. In no time at all, my order was made the way I wanted and I was ready to go. Great, friendly service, food freshly prepared to order, store was clean and I am sure I will shop at this store when I am in the area! ~Doc~"

"When I walked into the restaurant I was pleased to see how clean it was and how quick the service was. I have to say I wasn't too happy about being asked to order on the Kiosk because I feel that doesn't provide customer service. I agreed either way because the manager asked me nicely and the drive thru was busy. I sat and had my meal there and just watched the employees work together and make sure the lobby was perfect and clean. I think the employees I was observing were training because they really put their heart and soul into their job. I sat there for a while even after eating just because I was enjoying the environment and was in no hurry to leave."
