"We did a staycation and this was close to our hotel. We did make reservations, which was probably a smart move on a Friday night. It wasn't terribly busy when we got there but it did pick up quickly after that. There were so many great choices we weren't sure where to start and our server Chris had great suggestions. We decided to go for small plates and chose the short rib hummus, Moroccan fried chicken and Spicy Lamb Meatballs. Everything was fantastic and that was the best way to go for this visit. We absolutely recommend this place to everyone!"

"Perfect date night spot! The atmosphere inside is dark and romantic, the interior design is beautiful. The food was phenomenal - we had the lamb pasta which was cooked perfectly and just a perfect bite really, the short rib hummus which was delicious, one of each kabob (the chicken was our favorite flavor wise but all the meats were cooked perfectly), carrots which were some of the best carrots I’ve ever had, and the fried chicken (the sauces were incredible and the chicken delicious). We also loved being able to see into the kitchen and watch the chefs go at it! Some ehs - Man oh man, why char and cook a filet so perfectly only to dump what tasted like A1 on it? :( don’t do that hahaha. The service was not great. I think she came over once to check on us outside of us putting our order in. The short rib itself was dry but mixed with the hummus it made up for it. We had the donuts for desert and it NEEDS moisture of some sort - the sauce they give is too much of a foam and the donuts are very dry by themselves. Would really benefit from a real sauce. Overall those don’t detract from a 5 star experience and I’d go back for the pasta and carrots alone."

"The ambience of this place is top tier and even includes a rooftop that is beautiful & romantic. The only downside to the rooftop is that in the summer heat, it lacks misters and was quite hot. Our dining experience included 14 guests and the restaurant catered to everyone perfectly, checking on us frequently, and had the most friendly service. The reason for the 4-star was the food. Unfortunately, the menu options were not very enticing, and furthermore, all what we had ordered was extremely lacking. One of us ordered the filet mignon and was overcooked. Gladly, the staff was made aware and remade the steak promptly. However, the drinks were beyond amazing. We had the bartender create a mixed shot for the table, and somehow, they knew a flavor combination that all of us adored, even made some of us order it as a proper drink. Ask for tequila, mango, lime and tajin rim. Overall, enjoyed our time at FLINT."

"Service, atmosphere, food and drinks were top notch. We ordered the artichoke hummus as an appetizer which was delightful. For our main entree we had the steak, salmon, chicken kabobs (a min of 3 per order, ind. Priced) that came with their regular humus, we added a side of asparagus and for dessert we had their burnt cheesecake. We also ordered their cocktails, they were a bit smaller, but they sure packed a punch and we're delicious. We were disappointed that their rooftop was closed when we arrived, however we decided to stay and enjoy a meal, and we are glad we did. We will definitely be back!"

"Came here few times over the last few years and I can say it’s a very good option in the Biltmore area. Service is great and staff is helpful and friendly. Food quality, preparation, cooking are all superb. Presentation was good. Cuisine is more of a modern Mediterranean I will say and you will find your classic American main courses like grilled chicken, steak and fish. My favorite dish is the Wood Grilled Spanish Octopus. Drinks are good too and they have a nice bar. Check out the Upstairs rooftop bar if you have sometime, it has good view of the camelback mountain during the day. Desserts are decent. Ambience is relaxed yet but buzzing, decor is elegant and modern. Restaurant is perfect for groups more than couples. Lastly, I would like to see a change or update to the food and drinks menu, been the same pretty much but please keep the Octopus."
