"I really had no idea what to expect, but this place was great. I found out about this place and decided to try it out (because I’m always looking for local specialties) before flying home on a late flight last night. It’s a pop up hot dog cart, and apparently I didn’t pay attention to what time it opened (it opens at 7:30 pm). Thankfully I actually followed the truck/trailer off of the freeway or I never would have found it. They quickly set everything up in a parking lot complete with the cart, a big canopy, table and chairs, etc. I walked up after about 10 minutes and the guy asked me how many I wanted. I had no idea how much was enough, but he said I definitely needed two of them ($5 each). I had no idea what to expect but wow! It was good and a lot of food! The bacon wrapped dog on a extra large bun came with Mayo, tomatoes, beans and onions. They also give you a bunch of extras to add if you want. I added cojita cheese,shredded cheese, avocado sauce and green salsa. It was so good. You gotta check this place out!"
