There was confusion around whether we were ready to order (we were) or wanted to wait until our other 2 guests joined us. It turned out that they were a no-show and 2 diners who arrived 15 mins after my party, was eating while we were still holding menus. Once we mentioned the lapse in service, our order was immediately taken and the good service resume"
