"THE WORST ARIZONA LOCATION! The food was completely disgusting and for it to carry the name of “Filbertos” is shameful. This was my first and last time at this location 1) the customer service was terrible - the lady who took my order rushed me and gave a horrible attitude the entire time. 2) I had to send my food back because my rolled tacos were old and completely burnt from being recooked. My $5.50 fish taco was disgustingly greasy and cold and the taste of the food was horrendous. No flavor at all! The beef tasted like what I’d imagine canned dog food to. They don’t offer refunds so when I asked if my food could be remade the cashier continued to give me attitude and it took her 15 minutes longer than what she told me it would take to re-make my order. I’ve been to really good Filiberto locations and this one is definitely not it. If you want cold, greasy, disgusting food with poor customer service come here!! What a waste of $28!!"

"My expectations were low based on previous visited to other locations. I ordered a carne asada burrito. Flavorless slightly chewy meat. Watery flavorless salsa. The dining room seemed fine then I looked at the ceiling. Dirty nasty air ducts. You know the same air being blown around while the food is made. Looked like maybe some water damage to a light also. Do they have mold in their ceiling and air ducts? I honestly wouldn't go back and bummed that I gave the franchise another try."

"This location is awful. I specifically ordered a VEGGIE burrito with carna asada. Instead I was charged for a CARNE ASADA burrito. I was charged $1.99 each item;beans, rice, and lettuce. My burrito ended up being $15.Horrible customer service. The location prices gouges. I have NEVER spent this much of a Filibertos burrito. This location is run by shameless crooks. Don't come here. This location doesn't care about their customers;this location lacks integrity"
