"We went for two hog dogs and fries which were very good. We were there for some time so eventually I needed to use the restroom. I got the access code and went to use the restroom. Unfortunately the door to the men's restroom was very dirty around the door handle. The interior is the restroom also needed some good cleaning and mopping. I love food, but I also think clean restrooms are a must."
"I would be completely fine with paying 20 dollars for a sandwich before the side and drink. However not this sandwich that was a cold soggy mess. There is no way the beef or sausage were cooked fresh as they were stone cold and the bread was literally mush, I felt like I was eating raw Dough. I expected better as I have always been impressed with their Tucson location. They need to improve standards before I try again."

"I have driven past Luke's for years and I have always noticed that the parking lot is busy. Cars are actively coming and going all throughout the day. Last night was no different. I was craving a real beef sandwich and I've never been able to find anything that would hit the spot. I walked in and sat at a table to people watch. Multiple customers walked in and each were welcomed by first name. They spoke with the staff as if they were old friends or family. They spoke of family and events in their life and then finally ordered food. I ordered one beef and sausage sandwich with hot and sweet peppers and one beef sandwich with sweet peppers. The food was cooked to order in under five minutes. I took it to go and sat at home with the little pup begging for the heavenly treats that were hidden within the bag. The first bite I noticed salt, garlic, delicious meat and spice. It was as if I was transported to Chicago. If you're looking for authentic, go to Luke's. You won't be disappointed."
